I am having log-in issues with my Team WTF1 account, what do I do?
If you have only just made an account for Team WTF1 sometimes the payment can take up 48 hours to go through fully. If you are still having issues email us at [email protected] and we will help you out.
What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions?
Currently, we allow for payments by credit or debit card and by Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments.
If your preferred payment method is not supported right now then we’re really sorry, but don’t forget we’re not taking any content away from our usual schedule, so none of our existing content is affected.
Do I have to be UK based to sign up to Team WTF1?
You can definitely sign up to Team WTF1 as an international fan. But, our events are mainly UK based at the moment because of travel restrictions.
As an international member of Team WTF1, there will still be plenty of virtual things that you can be part of, like exclusive access to podcasts, virtual gaming sessions, and other perks like discounts to our merch! We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that people who are based in different time zones can all get involved.
